Casual monochrome

Hey. This is my first blog post, so perhaps I'll briefly tell you about myself. I'm a fashion loving mother of one. My daughter, Pearl, is 2years old. She is my everything. A busy bundle of joy. I love fashion...mostly shoes!! I love my outfits to be mommy and budget friendly. I hope in sharing my love for style and fashion, I can give someone ideas they can recreate to suit their own lifestyle.

My outfit is monochrome themed. I'm not usually one to keep to black and white because I love colour. I have gone with a cropped tank top in black and paired it with a stripped maxi skirt with a slit. Because its sunny, for a change, I've gone for black flat sandals. This makes for a comfortable outfit for any woman really. I chose a white mini shopper and topped it off with a studded black bracelet for a little bit of edge.

By switching the flat sandals for heeled ankle strap sandals and adding either a red blazer for a punch of colour or a black one to keep to the monochrome theme, you have casual chic!!!
